Here are some pics of the Harewood estate.
We are still working on unboxing the basement as you can see, items won’t be priced or displayed as they are at our regular sales. This is not how I normally operate as you all know and it kinda gives me an ick, but being flexible and working with the wishes of the family is always the priority.
This is going to be by appointment only, on Sunday the 17th of May 9am-3pm with groups of 2-3 at a time, a window of one hour shopping time will be allocated.
Cash only because once again the cell service is dire.
Message me to reserve a spot. Spots will be given based on the order the requests come in.

Lots of new and unused items, vinyl, cassettes, men’s clothing, lamps, furniture, tools, kitchen items, ladders, antique chairs, stereo equipment and whatever else is in the unopened boxes!

Who wants to come to another sale??

This one is located in an executive home in north Nanaimo. The couple who live here are moving out East and are leaving most of their belongings behind.

They spent time living in Argentina and travelling -there are some unique items here!

They are outdoorsy folk , still skiing and cycling at 88! So there’s also multiple sets of skis, some fishing, unused inflatable kayaks, lots of camping and even some snorkelling gear!

The home is on 3 levels each with its own deck facing the water, the view is ridiculously stunning, with this many decks comes several Sun loungers and patio sets.
The shed is full of yard tools and the shop on the second level is home to every tool you could need ( Deja vu!!)
The interior is full of tasteful furniture and high quality decor, from recliners, bedrooms sets, pine drawers, desks , tables, grandmother clock and a Yamaha piano to Original artworks, telescope, kitchen ware, linens, clothing, electronics, spurs ( yes, I said spurs), games, toys, decor and so much more!!

Sale runs Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd - 9am-3pm both days.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you that took the beautiful drive out today to come and shop the sale!!

Super grateful to those that took the day off work, that brought me coffee and helped others load their hauls 🤯

We met a lot of new people today, neighbours of the home owner with lots of stories to share and folks new to our community. Such a fun sunny day!!

Sale runs again 9am-3pm tomorrow. There’s still lots of great items that need new homes, so if you didn’t make it out today, I’ll be really happy to see your faces tomorrow 😊

Who else is doing a little shimmy now the sun is finally here? 😎

Here’s your update for this weekends sale:

1421 Seaspray Blvd. Cedar by the Sea. Friday 24th & Saturday the 25th of April
9-3 both days.

There’s good parking on the road, but please still be respectful of the neighbours. Use the driveway only for loading please.
Cash only sale.

There’s A LOT of things here, as with many Cedar properties, there’s a bit of land and so more space to keep tucking things away for 40 years!

Furniture, craft supplies, vintage linens, yard tools, gas tree cutter and w**d whacker, small trailer, vintage kitchen, multiple Bateman prints, MCM floor lamp, decor, local pottery, roofing materials, deer fencing, lighting from Harmac, Tools galore, model plane and doll making supplies with specialized tools. Assembled planes with engines, NOS engines, books, train set, lots of art supplies, wood including some cedar that just smells incredible! Vintage electronics, music media, camping, Christmas and more!

Hi folks!!

Here are some taster pics of the estate sale that’s coming up.

The wonderful fellow that owns the home used to work for Harmac, so there’s a huge amount of hand and power tools, electrical, plumbing and all the screws, nuts and bolts you could ever need.

He is also a very talented model maker, there are multiple huge RC airplanes, kits, engines, modelling tools, decals, air brush sets and paint.

The lady of the house used to make dolls and their houses! One room is dedicated to everything you need to build your own dolls houses and dolls to live inside them!!

In another room she would also sew and craft up a storm ( I have so much respect for those who can create something from nothing …couldn’t be me, I’d end up sewing my fingers together or something genius like that😂)

The rest of the house is full of mostly vintage finds, a very cool MCM floor lamp, retro deck chairs, industrial lighting from Harmac, lots of yard tools, roofing supplies, underground electric cable, camping, Robert Bateman prints, Christmas , electronics, media, a train set and some neat furniture.

The drive out is beautiful! Best to plan to be here a while!
Of course there isn’t any cell service, believe me I’ve razzed around the whole yard trying to find a little ray of it!! So cash only sale please.

I really appreciate you checking in on me !!

I know it’s been a while since I popped on here, we’ve been really busy with packing customers ready for moving, smaller estate liquidations and downsizing very full homes to ready them for listing!!

But drumroll please…. There is an estate sale at the end of the month in Cedar by the Sea and I’ll be looking forward to seeing all your faces there. 😊

Hi folks!!

Here are the details for the next sale- I’m calling this one “The owl and the p***y cat” … when you look through the photos you’ll see why 😉

This home is pretty packed, there’s craft supplies, vintage ceramic Christmas tree (yes it has the little nubbins to go on it ) teak roll top desk, linens, enough fancy gloves for an octopus, kitchen ware, small appliances, tonnes of cds and books, diecast cars, a ridiculous amount of pins, costume jewelry which we are still working through, and a bit of military. Decor, figurines, glassware, fancy things and practical things. The home owner used to work for BC ferry’s- think pins, photos, posters, blanket, Clock, pens…neat stuff!

Outside there’s things to make your yard look quirky, yard tools, hand tools, shop vac, pressure washer and all those useful things guys stash away… just in case 😊
