Deciding to end a marriage or partnership is a huge decision, and may raise questions like:
"How do I know this is right for me?"
"Where can I find support?"
"How do I learn about the divorce process and family law system?"
"What legal protections do I have when ending my relationship?"

If you have asked yourself any of these questions, or are considering or currently going through a divorce or separation, consider registering for the upcoming session of our Separation Support Group.

Facilitated by an experienced counsellor, this 10-week closed group is a chance to gain legal and financial information from professional guest-speakers, find emotional support, and make peer connections. The upcoming session runs from January 31st to April 3rd on Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm-8:30pm.

Join me in the upcoming therapeutic book club as we explore Donna Jacobs' "Becoming Your Best Self: Healing Through Self-Integration".

Over the 10 weeks you will be part of a therapy group; while this is named a "book club", it is also "therapeutic" because the book is used as a tool for therapeutic work to happen in the group. We will go beyond discussing the book's content; there will be learning how to use the model for your personal healing work in the group, using worksheets and reflecting and working through your individual challenges and journey. Finally, you will learn these skills so that you can apply them to your daily life. ❤️

Starting April 12th, we will be meeting Tuesday evenings 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Online). Feel free to message me if you have questions about the group and you may register through Relationship Experts Vancouver: [email protected]

The cost of participating in this closed-group (no drop-ins, full 10-week commitment for a group of up to 12 women) is $300 (= $30/week for 2 hour weekly group therapy sessions over 2.5 months) -> this is a great way to be introduced to therapy in a safe and collaborative space or to continue ongoing healing work.
