January is , and this week we recognize on January 17. Later this month, January 21 marks , as recognized by Mentor Canada.

So many of the moments that shape our lives are guided by mentors, often quietly, without recognition. A conversation, a question, a moment of encouragement can change someone’s path.

This month is a reminder to thank the mentors who showed up when it mattered and to reflect on how we might offer the same steady support to someone else.
