In the words of my friend Gina we need to move with intention and purpose!! It’s wonderful to be surrounded by friends who motivate and inspire our day. So what does it look like to move with intention and purpose? For me it means to have a plan. Structure to my day! Booking time in my calendar for the proactive things I want to get done! Not reacting to the schedule of others. Purpose for me is the ability to carry out my plan I have set out. It means affecting change and accomplishing goals! If we do set this intention, stress and struggle takes a back seat and I am in full control of my life’s purpose. I challenge you family and friends to get intentional about life!! Show up prepared, write out your goals. Show up on time. Don’t allow life to dictate your schedule!
