I have felt it too. There were mornings I wondered who let me into the room and that I didn't belong there.

Let's stop faking it and hiding and realize that we DO deserve that seat at the table.

It never shows up as a line item. It shows up as effort that does not turn into movement.

Race. Face. Pace. Space.

Four tempos a business runs at. Most owners are stuck in Race, because it is the only one that feels like progress.

Space is the one that gets cut first. It is also the one that tells you which of the other three you should be in.

That is the loop.

What should I focus on first.

I get that question almost weekly. The thing underneath it is rarely about priority. It is about permission.

They already suspect what needs to go. They are waiting for someone to confirm it is allowed.

That is why we start with diagnosis, not planning.

You are not underqualified. You are overloaded.

Those two problems have opposite solutions.

Underqualified gets fixed with skill. Overloaded gets fixed with structure. Throw skill at an overload problem and you just get better at doing more things badly.
