As another beautiful season of music at the Estate comes to a close, we’re inviting you to join us for an afternoon with Aiden Mayes.

The palate is vibrant and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of Honeycrisp apple, honeydew melon, citrus blossom and delicate floral notes. The 2025 Viognier has captured hearts and palates alike. 💖 It's not only become one of our community’s top picks recently, but it’s also a personal favourite of Hester Creek's w**emakers, Mark Hopley and Brooke Jesus; Mark even calls it one of his finest white w**e creations yet.

Awarded a Top 50 spot at the BC W**e Awards and ranked among the region's Top 20 by James Suckling with 95 Points, the 2025 vintage is an outstanding example of what the South Okanagan can produce in aromatic whites. ✨ This Viognier transitions nicely from summer sipping to autumn savouring, pairing well with spicier dishes.
