Some transformations go far beyond what you see in the mirror. 🖤

Victoria has been showing up consistently for the past few months, always willing to take on whatever comes her way. Even when she doubted herself, she found a way to get it done. Today, that confidence is shining through. The physical progress is incredible, but what I’m MOST proud of is the mindset shift. From “I don’t think I can” to “Okay, let’s do it!” That’s growth that goes far beyond the gym. 📈

And what Victoria may not realize is how much she’s helped me, too. She’s brought light to areas of my own life I’ve been neglecting, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Victoria, thank you for trusting me, challenging yourself, and being one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. I’m so proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next. 👊🏽

This one means a lot.

A few years ago, I learned about Family Transition Place and the incredible work they do to support women and children leaving abusive or unhealthy relationships. Ever since, I’ve wanted to find a way for us to help. I’ve seen people experience these struggles firsthand, and I’ve seen just how difficult it can be to find your footing again. Starting over takes an incredible amount of courage, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone. That’s why places like Family Transition Place matter so much. They provide a safe place to land, a helping hand when it’s needed most, and the support families need to begin rebuilding their lives and moving towards the fresh start they deserve.

This Thanksgiving, our first food drive gave us the opportunity to do a small part in supporting that mission. I couldn’t be prouder of the Push United community for coming together and making this happen in such a short amount of time. Every donation represents someone who chose to give a little, so that someone else might have a little more when they need it most. A special thank you to v_mzuppan for the reminder that when we’re in a position to lend a helping hand, we should. Sometimes, all it takes is one person to plant the seed, and a whole community to help it grow.

As a family, being able to drop off these donations meant even more to us. Push United has found its little place in this Orangeville community, and we’re just getting started. We look forward to continuing to show up, give back, and do what we can to help nurture the community that has welcomed us with open arms.

To everyone who donated, shared, encouraged, or helped bring this together — thank you. You’ve reminded me that what we’re building here goes far beyond the four walls of our studio. This is what community is about. ❤️
