Online tax filing begins on February 23rd, 2026, and now’s the perfect time to make sure you can still sign in to your CRA account.

If you’ve forgotten your sign-in info or the answers to your security questions, you can self-serve and regain access by completing the online registration process again. https://ow.ly/a8iw50Y1YSF

Still can’t get in? Our service representatives can help over the phone.

Call volumes get much higher once tax season starts, so we recommend reaching out now if you need support.

Employers!

As soon as your generates $30K in taxable sales, you must open a GST/HST account. Generally, you will need to register for your business number before you can register for a GST/HST account.

You may register for a business number by using the online service at Business Registration Online. Once you have obtained your business number, you can then continue in the same session to register for a GST/HST account.
