Mountain peaks, white capped waves, and the kind of month that felt like a movie 🎥 ❄️.

From skiing in the Blue Mountains (first time since high school, yes that’s me!), to waking up on the frozen shores of Wasaga Beach - think chalets, cute boutique shopping, the steam off a fresh fondue pot, and that first pull of fresh baked sourdough bread.

I’m living for these slow, cosy chapters 🎿 🥖 🫕.

Date night swept us into their open-concept kitchen - part theater, part artistry - we watched our fresh naan baked in real time.

The glass-enclosed kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, where every table has a view of the chefs in action, transforming seasonal ingredients into culinary art.

Handcrafted, fruit-infused drinks paired with décor of florals, warm wood, and stone - nature woven into an upscale yet approachable setting.
