Disagreements:
All relationships have them, even the strongest and most resilient. When one happens, it's important to have a conversation about what happened, even after apologies have been exchanged. Having a talk about what transpired, without dwelling, and how everyone felt is important to moving forward. If apologies are accepted without a deeper look at how it affected the involved parties than there might be some small, and what might seem as insignificant feelings of regret or resentment that remain. It's those small, niggling feelings that keep the situation going even if everyone seemed to move on and forward, and affect the business relationship. So next time you have a disagreement with your business alliance, don't stop talking after apologies were uttered, keep talking for a few more minutes to talk about how the situation affected each of you and what you went through. If you want to know about how manage the Apology Conversation, message us! Will be happy to consult you on how to move forward.
