Mobile Document Destruction:
On Call services: for a one time shred of your paperwork or media.
Regularly scheduled service:
1. Secure Consoles are set up in strategic locations throughout your office. These are locked restricting access to its contents.
2. A fully b***d Destruction expert services the consoles on a set frequency by emptying the contents into a lockable wheeler tub.
3. After servicing all consoles the wheeler tub is brought to the truck for on-site shredding. A camera system has been installed so you can witness the entire shredding process.
4. A certificate of destruction is then provided as your proof the information has been destroyed before the truck leaves your site.
5. All destroyed documents are then bailed together and recycled helping to minimize your environmental footprint.

Datastore Security
Records Management Solutions:
1. A Records Management Specialist will meet with you to review your current situation and offer recommendations and solutions.
2. All records are then processed into our secure facility or yours and will be indexed to the agreed level and managed through the industry’s most comprehensive records management software. Our clients enjoy the user friendly interface where they can view, retrieve, and add boxes and files quickly and easily.
3. The facility processes requests multiple times daily and facilitates all pick up and retrieval requests for same and next day deliveries/pickups.
4. Once your documents are ready for destruction a sign off form is then requested by us and the material is then shredded onsite and a certificate of destruction is then provided as your proof of destruction.
5. All destroyed material is then bailed together and recycled helping to minimize your environmental footprint.
