Modern HR support, built for growth. Sashn started with a window. Not just any window — but a business built by my grandfather and father once known as "Sash & Door." Through decades of change, (over 90 years) the business remained a constant. That legacy stuck with me. So when it came time to name my own business, I looked back to look forward. The “sash” reminds me to open things up — to let in

clarity, fresh thinking, and real conversations. The “n” is from my last name, Scian — tying my own story to theirs. Sashn is HR with heart. It’s built on tradition, fueled by purpose, and designed to help growing businesses build workplaces that work.
