Chesterman beach job before and after pics. Roof assembly is being replaced for a different pitch, so didn’t need to remove that rust and paint. Besides a few rain delays and the manlift dying on me while suspended in the air, went pretty well.

First couple days of removing rust and applying a protective coating prior to construction at chesterman beach, Tofino. Started with the ladder work while waiting for delivery of the aerial platform next week. 31 posts done. Next is cleaning up all the studs, bolts and fl**ge connections. Then first story structural I beams.

Vault door casing. Strip on the right side is the exterior transition with fire proof material. Took alittle extra time as it didn’t like being vaporized, but it lost.
