When I first started exploring the online business world, I had so many questions—not just about the business, but about me.

I’m naturally an introvert…
Would that work against me?

I had seen other people building successful online businesses…
Could I really reach—or even exceed—some of the success I was witnessing?

And then came the biggest question:

“Am I actually capable of doing this?”

Self-doubt has a way of making the first step feel much bigger than it really is.

I wondered if I was too quiet.
If I had enough to offer.
If I could learn something completely outside my comfort zone.
If I could actually make this work alongside motherhood and nursing.

But I started realizing something:

Being an introvert doesn't mean having nothing to say.

It doesn't mean lacking influence.

And it certainly doesn't mean being incapable of building something meaningful.

An online business isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about learning the skills, finding a strategy that feels authentic, and consistently showing up as the person already there.

I didn’t have all the answers when I started.

But I knew I didn’t want fear to keep me from discovering what might be possible.

Sometimes faith means taking the first step and trusting God with the rest. 🤍

My business isn’t about escaping work.

It’s about creating work that actually fits the life I’m building.

I’m not trying to avoid hard work.
I’m learning to work differently.

To build something that gives me more flexibility to be present for the moments that matter.

To create something that aligns with my purpose and values.

To grow while still being present for my family.

And most importantly, to trust God with the process and step forward in faith—even when I can’t see the whole picture yet.

I didn’t start building online because I wanted to run away from work.

I started because I wanted to build a life I don’t constantly need a break from.💛

That looks different for everyone.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” — Hebrews 13:8 🤍

There have been seasons when I didn’t know what was next.

Plans changed.
Doors closed.
New ones opened.
And sometimes, I simply had to take the next step without knowing where it would lead.

As a mom, a nurse, and a woman navigating different seasons of life, I’ve learned that I can’t always depend on circumstances to stay the same.

But I can depend on God.

When everything around me feels uncertain, He remains constant.

The same God who was faithful in yesterday’s season is faithful in today’s—and He will still be faithful in whatever tomorrow brings.

That reminder gives me peace.

God doesn’t change just because the season does. 🙏🏿

Between work, kids, family, and everyday life, finding hours to build something new can feel impossible.

Waiting for “more time” can mean waiting forever.

Instead of waiting for a completely open schedule, start with the pockets of time that already exist.

Try using:

15 minutes to learn
During your morning coffee/tea, while the kids eat breakfast, or during a lunch break to watch a short training, read a lesson, or learn one new digital marketing concept.

20 minutes to create
After work or school, or while dinner is cooking, draft a social media post or create a simple graphic.

30 minutes to work on a skill
After the kids go to bed, during a scheduled break, or on a weekend morning, practice writing captions, editing content, researching your audience, or learning how to use a digital marketing tool.

Over time, these small, consistent steps can build momentum.

Digital marketing can be learned from the ground up while creating a path toward greater financial growth and flexibility.
