Today, we had the privilege of hearing Plaxedes share her journey, and WOW! What an incredible reminder of what it truly means to be an entrepreneur. ❤️

One thing she said really stuck with me:

We all start from the same place, but what we bring to the journey and what we do along the way makes the difference.

We all come with different backgrounds, experiences, fears, and dreams. But one thing remains the same — we must be willing to learn, follow the training, trust the process, and keep showing up!

There will be challenges. There will be setbacks. There will be moments when we question ourselves. But that’s part of growing into the business owners and leaders we’re becoming.

✨ Who says you have to choose between your career and your dreams?

For over 22 years, I’ve dedicated myself to my career in healthcare. But I knew I wanted to create more options for my future.

So I made a decision. I wasn’t going to wait until retirement to start building my Plan B! 💛

From the office to entrepreneurship, I’m learning new skills, stepping outside my comfort zone, and growing into a stronger, more confident version of myself.

And one of the biggest blessings? THE COMMUNITY! 🌎❤️

The friendships, mentorship, encouragement, and incredible people I’ve met along the way have made this journey about so much more than business.

💛 FINANCIAL FREEDOM ISN’T ABOUT BEING RICH… IT’S ABOUT HAVING CHOICES!

For me, financial freedom means:

1️⃣ Less Financial Stress — Not constantly worrying about bills, rising costs, or living paycheque to paycheque.

2️⃣ Freedom of Time — Having more control over my schedule and how I spend my days.

3️⃣ Retiring Comfortably — Building options for retirement instead of relying on one source of income.

4️⃣ More Life Experiences — Travelling, making memories, and spending quality time with family.

5️⃣ Building a Legacy — Creating something meaningful for my children and grandchildren.

After 22 years in healthcare, I realized that having a career doesn’t automatically mean having financial freedom.

That’s WHY I started building my Plan B alongside my full-time career. I’m learning, growing, and working toward more choices for my future.

🌱 KEEP PLANTING. TRUST GOD’S TIMING. 🙏💛

Not every seed you plant will grow overnight. And not every effort you make will bring immediate results.

But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening! 🌱

One thing my walk with Christ has taught me is the importance of faithfulness, consistency, and trusting the process.

And I’m learning that same lesson as I build my online digital business alongside my career.

Every video I create, every story I share, every person I encourage is another seed planted.

Some seeds grow quickly. Others take time. And some may never grow the way we expected.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

✨ Show up even when nobody is watching.

✨ Serve without expecting something in return.

✨ Stay consistent even when results aren’t visible.

✨ Trust God with what you cannot control.

We are called to be faithful, not to force the harvest. 🙏

So whatever you’re building, believing for, or working toward, don’t give up just because you haven’t seen the results yet.

IS THIS MLM?
That’s one of the first questions I had too.

And I think it’s a fair question.

For me, the bigger question became:

“What does MLM mean to you?”

Because for many people, it brings up thoughts of cold messaging, chasing friends and family, or trying to convince people who simply aren’t interested.

That’s not how I chose to build.

I use attraction marketing, education, content, automation, and real conversations to connect with people who are already curious about creating something different.

I share the information.
I answer questions.
I provide support.
And then they decide if it’s right for them.

Yes, this business uses a network-marketing model — but how you choose to build matters.

For me, it’s about building with integrity, serving people well, and creating a business alongside my career that supports the future I’m working toward.

The biggest change in this business hasn’t just been what I’ve learned… it’s who I’m becoming. ✨

When I started, I thought I was simply building an online business.

But along the way, I started building something even more important — confidence, leadership, resilience, and belief in myself.

I’m still working full-time.
I still have responsibilities.
I’m still learning.

But I’m also creating something alongside my career that gives me more options for my future.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look like a huge milestone.

Sometimes it’s realizing you speak differently, think differently, show up differently… and you’re no longer the same person who started.

And that matters.

For years, I knew how to show up for a career, work hard, and earn a paycheque.

But as retirement is getting closer, I started asking myself a different question:

What am I building for me?

That question changed everything.

Starting an online business alongside my career wasn’t about having all the answers. It was about creating more options, learning new skills, growing as a leader, and building something that could support the life I want in the years ahead.

You don’t have to quit your job.
You don’t have to know everything.
You don’t even have to feel completely ready.
