Women’s World Curling Championships
Huge thank you to all of the volunteers that assisted myself and my two deputy chief ice technicians Eldie Benson and Graham Conrad this week in Sydney! Many hands make light work, this group proved it from load in to load out!
To all the umpires, stats and timing crew, thanks for a great week, it was a blast!
The facility, staff and organizing committee was top notch to work with!
Finally, one last wave as I step away from Curling Canada national ice team for a bit to focus on my greatest adventure with my wife Aleisha Wall, parenthood!

A little late, but we assisted the Ottawa Hunt last week on Tuesday with painting their supplied by Jet Ice. This appears to be our last paint job for the season right now. To the clubs that had us assist with their installs, Thank You!

Busy day painting the white and rings at the RA Centre using Blacklight paint for the 4fts, grooves and a strip at the hogline for Blacklight Curling! Let’s hope we are back curling soon!

Covid-19 has this curling season delayed and for some, cancelled. Our normally busy install season has been effected drastically. We have been fortunate enough to have 3 jobs in the books. Here’s a look at the final product for the Renfrew Curling Rink, Navan Curling Club and most recently the Ottawa Curling Club! Stay safe everyone!
Also, a shoutout to Jet Ice for supplying us with the best products in the industry making installs easy!

Not the start to the new season we were hoping for, but it is the right decision.

The AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic has been cancelled for the 2020 season with plans to return in September 2021 for the 25th anniversary.
