Welstand Group Welstand Business Brokers is a brokerage firm helping people in the interior of BC, buy and sell small businesses.

Welstand was started in 2013 as a subsidiary of Revelstoke Property Services Inc (incorporated 2011) and officially incorporated as its own entity in 2014. The company was founded by Scott Duke, after meeting Brad MacDonald of BDM consulting. Brad introduced Scott to the industry and this introduction was the seed that started the company. In the Kootenay’s, at the time, the only licensed companie

s selling small business were real estate agents. As an entrepreneur having owned ten companies, Scott knew the experience and knowledge needed to successfully sell a company, was greater than what was currently available in the market. Welstand was thus created to service this customer need and make the buying and selling of companies a more enjoyable experience for all involved.
