Got a To-Do List That Won't Quit? Let’s Get It Started.

Hey neighbors! If you’re tired of staring at that endless list of household chores, you don’t need to hire a big contracting company to help you.

I’m your local handyman, and I’m here to help! Whether you need a certified hand for gas work, a new dishwasher hooked up, or just someone to finally hang that heavy mirror, I’ve got your back. I’m reliable, honest, and I treat your home like my own.

Some Of The Work I Can Help You With:

Gas Work, BBQs & Hot Water Tanks:

I’m a fully licensed gasfitter, so you’re in safe hands. Call me for new gas line installations, hot water tank swaps, or getting that new BBQ properly assembled and hooked up to your gas line just in time for grilling season.

Appliance Setup & Repair:

Whether you need a new dishwasher, stove, or washing machine installed, or an old one fixed, I've got you covered. I also handle fridge repairs and can run new water lines to get your ice maker or water dispenser hooked up and running perfectly.

Landlord & Rental Support:

Live out of town or just too busy to manage maintenance? I can be your boots on the ground. I’ll coordinate with your tenants directly to handle quick repairs, safety checks, or turnover fixes so your property stays in great shape.

Outdoor Fixes & Cleanup:

Let's get your yard looking sharp. I can pressure wash your old deck or patio to bring it back to life, clear out clogged gutters, fix loose fence boards, and handle general yard tune-ups.

Plumbing Fixes:

Got a dripping faucet, running toilet, or an outdated showerhead? Let’s swap them out for something fresh or fix them good as new! I can also replace failing sump pumps to keep your basement dry and give you peace of mind during heavy rains.

Around the House:

TV mounting, putting up shelves, or hanging pictures and mirrors, any other small tasks you can think of. I can also handle minor electrical tasks like installing ceiling fans, swapping out old outlets, or upgrading your light switches and fixtures.

Cleanups & Upkeeps:

Refreshing ugly caulking in the kitchen or bathroom, patching up minor drywall dings or holes, replacing worn-out weather stripping, and tackling all those "too small" jobs that big companies won't touch.

Commercial Kitchens:

If you run a local restaurant, cafe, or food truck and are dealing with equipment headaches, I might be able to save you a costly corporate service call. I have hands-on experience working on common commercial kitchen gear— eg. gas ovens, fryers, conveyor toasters etc. If something is acting up, I'm happy to take a look, troubleshoot the issue, and help get your line moving smoothly again.

Why Give Me a Shout?

Licensed, Insured & Safe: You get the casual, friendly service of a local handyman, but with the actual certifications and insurance to give you peace of mind.

No Job Too Small: Seriously! If it’s bothering you, it’s worth fixing.

Let’s Get Those Chores Crossed Off!

Drop me a line and let me know what you need done. I'm happy to give you a quick, honest estimate.

Tennis Balls Are Great For Scuffs!

A tennis ball is a highly effective, natural, and inexpensive eraser for removing scuff marks from hardwood and gym floors. The thick felt surface of the ball lifts shoe marks without using harsh abrasives or chemicals that could strip your floor's finish.

How to Remove Scuff Marks

Method 1: Direct Scrubbing (For small areas)Grab a clean, dry tennis ball (dirt from a used ball might scratch the floor).Press the ball firmly against the scuff mark and rub it in a circular or back-and-forth motion. For stubborn marks, lightly sprinkle baking soda on the scuff before buffing it out.Wipe away any residue with a damp cloth.

Method 2: The "Tennis Ball on a Stick" Hack (For large areas)If you have multiple scuffs or need to save your knees from bending:Use a utility knife to cut a small "X" (about a quarter-inch wide) into the tennis ball.Insert the handle of a broom, mop, or extended pole into the "X".Simply flip the broom over and use the ball to rub out the scuffs from a standing position

When is the last time you had your hot water tank serviced? If you own your own tank, replacing your anode rod should be done regularly. They aren't hard to replace, or expensive to buy, but, replacing this component will add years to the lifespan of your tank, and give you peace of mind that you won't come home one day to a burst tank and flood in your basement. Replacing your hot water tank can be very costly, protect what you own, and get this inspected or replaced if you haven't done so in the last 4years.

We all know that we need to clean the lint trap in our dryers, but did you know that the chemicals in dryer sheets can accumulate over time on your screen, to the point the air cannot travel through it, costing you time and money? If you cant see through your lint screen as easily as you can in this picture, its time to clean your screen. Grab the dishsoap, or vinegar, and start gently scrubbing with your fingers, or a very soft brush, until you can see through it clearly! This will save you time, money, and future appliance repairs.
