This was an amazing message delivered by a truly gifted coach and leader. As a parent, I have always been less interested in my kids’ academic performance and more interested in something deeper: how they feel in their own skin, how they see themselves, and the confidence they carry into the world.

As an Executive Life Coach, Nathalie’s reminder to prioritize connection in our conversations and to build relationships on a foundation of trust really resonated with me. ❤️ In a world that moves so quickly, taking the time to truly listen, connect, and make people feel seen may be more important than ever.

GTC INC 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇲🇽 has never used personal or business platforms to discuss politics. However, it feels appropriate to acknowledge how many Americans here in California went out of their way to apologize for how Canadians have been treated over the past few years.

The apology was never necessary, but it was meaningful to know so many people recognize how backwards basic communication, respect, and trade relationships have become.

At the end of the day, good people 🤝 are still good people ❤️ and the dental industry continues to show the value of collaboration, innovation, and friendship across borders 🦷✨

🎓 Well… I guess I’m officially “that mature student” now.

At 55, I’m heading back to university on a casual basis to pursue a PhD in Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan.

Thirty years ago, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Regina, followed later by my MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be diving back into journal articles, discussion papers, research methodology, and student life at this stage of the journey — yet here we are.

✨ This next chapter is deeply connected to the work I already do serving my Executive Life Coaching clients and helping global business clients open new doors. My goal is to deepen my understanding of human behaviour, leadership, resilience, and personal transformation so I can continue helping others grow both personally and professionally.

🌎 I’ll continue leading GTC INC and expanding our global network of Associates while taking classes both online and in person. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get back into the classroom again.

🚗 The bonus? My son Jack is already at the U of S studying Commerce… so maybe we’ll be carpooling to campus together once in a while!
