Elder / Spiritual Advisor / Cultural Advisor role description:

-Assisting with Healing Plans of Offenders
-Providing Ceremonies (Smudging, sweats, pipe ceremony, circles….etc)
-Providing traditional teachings
-Providing cultural feedback to Case Management Teams
-Providing one on one support to offenders
-Assisting with Escorted Temporary Absence

Elder Helper role description:

-Assisting Elders with ceremony
-Providing guidance to offenders and staff on cultural knowledge
