Apparently "Push It" is my life soundtrack now. 😂

Today's activities included:

✔️ Pushing a lawn mower
✔️ Pushing my grocery budget
✔️ Pushing my comfort zone
✔️ Pushing my retirement goals
✔️ Pushing my patience

And Tina?

She's out here pushing random objects around the yard like she's got a management position.

Some days we're thriving.
Some days we're just pushing through.

Either way, we're moving forward. 💪🐾

What are you currently pushing through?

05/30/2026

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us decided that being a beginner was embarrassing.

We'd rather stay comfortable than look inexperienced.

But every skill we have today started with being terrible at it first.

Driving.
Parenting.
Careers.
Relationships.
Running.
Technology.
Business.

All of it.

When I started posting online, I didn't know what a hook was.

I didn't understand analytics.

I had no clue how algorithms worked.

I was just a woman trying something new and hoping I'd figure it out along the way.

And honestly?

That's still my strategy sometimes. 😂

The good news is you don't have to know everything before you begin.

You just have to be willing to be a beginner.

What are you learning, building, or starting right now? 👇

I used to think people who worked online just naturally knew what they were doing.

Like they woke up one day understanding algorithms, hooks, engagement, analytics, captions, branding, content strategy… 😂

Meanwhile I was Googling everything.

Still do sometimes.

The truth? Most of us are figuring it out as we go.

I didn’t start because I felt ready. I started because I needed something of my own.

And having a step-by-step system, mentorship, and coaching made it feel possible even when I felt completely out of my depth.

So if you’ve been waiting to feel confident first… that day may never come.

Start messy. Start curious. Start anyway. ✨

Not everyone is meant for entrepreneurship.

And that’s okay.

This isn’t a “press a button and become a millionaire” situation.

This is for people willing to:
✨ learn
✨ grow
✨ stay consistent
✨ be coachable
✨ keep going even when it’s quiet at first

The women building something meaningful in midlife are usually not the loudest people online.

They’re just the ones quietly showing up every day until things start working.

That’s the energy I’m interested in. 🌱

If you’ve been curious about what I do, start with the free webinar on my website.

No pressure. Just information. 💻

05/27/2026

My current morning routine is basically self-care mixed with survival mode and a WiFi connection. 😂

It’s funny how midlife becomes this weird mix of:

taking care of yourself, healing parts of your life, figuring out finances, rediscovering yourself…

and somehow still remembering to moisturize.

And honestly?

I think a lot more women are in this season than we realize.

Little by little, we rebuild. ✨

05/26/2026

I’ve officially been in the workforce for almost 30 years.

Since 1998, I’ve worked as:
• data entry
• receptionist
• waitress
• pharmacy technician
• sign language interpreter

And honestly… somewhere along the way, I started realizing how many people are quietly stressed about the future.

Yes, pensions help.
Yes, retirement exists.

But with the cost of living now? A lot of us are realizing we may still need another stream of income if we actually want freedom and comfort later in life.

That realization is one of the biggest reasons I started building an online business alongside my regular job.

Not to “escape work.”
Not to become a millionaire overnight.
Just to create more options for myself later.

Because after almost 30 years of working…
I’d really love the ability to retire before I’m 65 and still enjoy my life.

And I have a feeling a LOT of women my age are starting to feel the exact same way.

05/25/2026

Being in your 40s is realizing we are ALL living completely different lives. 😂

Some women our age are grandmas.
Some have newborns.
Some are celebrating 20 years of marriage.
Some are healing from divorce. Some are sending kids off to college.
Some are starting over completely. Some are building businesses from their phones at the kitchen table.

And honestly?
I think that’s the beauty of this age.
There’s no perfect timeline anymore.
No ‘right’ way to do life.
No expiration date on reinvention.

A lot of us are just trying to become those suspiciously healthy older women who drink water, protect their peace, go for walks, and finally choose themselves. 🤍

And maybe… this chapter isn’t us falling apart. Maybe it’s us finally becoming who we were supposed to be.

✨ What timeline are you currently living in? 👇

05/23/2026

One thing nobody really prepares you for in your 40s is how hard it can be to make new friends.

And honestly, not drinking alcohol sometimes makes it even harder.

When people are drinking, conversations flow easier, people feel more confident, and awkward moments get brushed off with “I was tipsy.” 😂

But trying to meet people authentically, completely sober, can feel surprisingly vulnerable.

When I started this online business, I originally did it because I wanted another income stream and something positive to focus on during a really difficult season of life.

What I didn’t expect was the community that came with it.

I’ve met women from all different backgrounds, personalities, and stages of life, and none of it revolves around partying or drinking.

Just support.
Growth.
Goals.
Encouragement.
Real conversations.
And people figuring life out together.

And honestly?
That part has meant more to me than I ever expected. 🤍

05/23/2026

Nobody prepares you for the fact that after 40, “feeling good” becomes the new luxury. 😂

Gut health.
Good music.
A little sunshine.
Maybe a breakdown at 2pm.
Maybe a breakthrough at 3pm.

Balance. ✨

05/22/2026

Somewhere between raising kids, surviving life, healing ourselves, and realizing groceries now cost the same as a small vacation… 😅

…a lot of women over 40 started asking:

“What if I did something for me this time?”

And suddenly we’re:
✨ starting online businesses
✨ learning new skills
✨ rebuilding confidence
✨ protecting our peace
✨ creating extra income
✨ and becoming people we barely recognize in the best way.

Not because we’re having a crisis.
Because we finally realized we’re allowed to evolve.

Honestly?
I love this era for us. 🤍
