Christmas is always a fun time of year. Please be fire safe this holiday season and ensure you keep your tree watered. A dry tree is a fire waiting to happen...tip....to make it easier to water your tree add a small funnel and tie it to a branch. Have a fire safe holiday from all of us at RMcgill Inspections.

Typically a fire extinguisher is used to put out a fire that it is designed for but now we can add a new rating of class “Bear”.

This is the fifth time a black bear has come aboard without asking in a popular northern Ontario yachting spot

This is the first time I have heard a fire alarm company being charged....definitely sends a message to all those taking short cuts to save time and make more money.

It’s the spring clock change again so why not replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms...don’t forget to push the test button after changing the batteries. Make this year safe for your family. Safety TIP: place a piece of electrical tape over the terminals on your old 9volt battery to prevent over heating and potential fire if the terminals are shorted by touching metal in your drawer or bag of batteries to be recycled.

Please have a look to see if u have one of these recalled fire extinguishers.
