Hello Shuswap ❤️
As summer comes to end, I’ve decided to offer home checks as a service during our quieter winter months. I have many years experience house cleaning and checking on homes and I’m looking to fill up my schedule!
In the past homes I’ve taken care of, my check list isn’t limited to but typically goes as follows…

🔸 Strip all beds- wash,dry and put away bedding for the season
🔸 Ensure all windows and doors are properly locked
🔸 Set security alarms
🔸 Turn the main water supply on/off and flush all toilets
🔸 Visual inspection of hot water tank/furnace and change HVAC filters if necessary
🔸 Set/empty pest traps
🔸 Ensure smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are in working condition
🔸 Change lightbulbs
🔸 Light dusting/ wipe downs if necessary
