Pride Month is personal for me, because loving and building a life with my wife is one of the greatest gifts I’ve been given… and that’s absolutely worth celebrating.
Not just because I love a good rainbow moment (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t).
But because it’s about the everyday moments we get to share - the simple, beautiful freedom to build a life together.
Pride, for me, is about more than visibility or celebration. It’s about something simple and profound - being able to walk down the street together, hold hands, and just be us. Safely. Openly. Authentically.
That’s something not everyone in the LGBTQ+ community experiences every day, and it’s why this month still matters.
So, to everyone in the community - Happy Pride. I see you, I celebrate you, and I’m grateful to stand alongside you.
And to our allies and supporters - thank you. Your support shows up in ways that matter more than you may realize.
As business owners and professionals, we all have a role to play here too. Not just in June, but all year long.
