Today is my daughters birthday. And I have to tell you this little miss lights up every room she walks into. Her light, her love, her smile, her joy is palpable.

As we’re driving towards the ferry, on a birthday road trip, I started reflecting back on her past birthdays.

I stopped, overcome with emotion, when I landed on her bday 3 years ago.

The month where everything felt like it was falling apart … the month when I didn’t know how we were going to make ends meet … the month I couldn’t pay rent.

If you would have told me then that the biggest uplevel of my life was about to take place … I wouldn’t have believed you.

If you would have told me that before her next birthday, we would be celebrating 6 figure months … I wouldn’t have believed you.

If you would have told me my entire world was about to transform …. I wouldn’t have believed you.

But it did.

Because, I harnessed my power during this period of transition.

I leaned into the discomfort.

I learned how to master my energetic field.

I didn’t freak the f*ck out.

I didn’t allow what I currently knew to limit me.

And, here I am 3 years later on a birthday road trip, living in our dream home in the mountains, and getting ready to move back to our dream home in the jungle for the winter.

I could have never seen what was coming, or what was on the other side of this transition period.

And I didn’t need to.

All I needed was to expand my energetic capacity, trust myself, meet my transition from a place of power, and show the f*ck up for myself.

Every transition in my life has lead to more.

More truth
More love
More money
More clients
More freedom

But on the way there?…it often hurt like f**k.

I rose.

They say money doesn’t = happiness.

Based on my experience of money I would say that’s not true.

Money is the thing that allows me travel across the country whenever I choose to see my family.

Money is the thing that allows me to fly my family across the country to visit us.

Money is the thing that allows me to live in my dream house on my dream property, where I commune with the land.

Money is the thing that allows me to school my children exactly the way I desire.

Money is the thing that allows me to fill up my nieces car with gas, just to surprise her.

Money is the thing that allows me to work when and how I want.

Money is the thing that allows me to send my kiddos to ski school, surf school, horse camp, trampoline camp, bike camp, the rock climbing gym, music camp … you get the idea.

Money is the thing that allows me to donate to causes that are close to my heart.

Money is the thing that allows me to take my hubs on a surprise weekend getaway (hint that’s coming up)

Money = happiness in my world.

Money = pleasure = love in the Femme world.

Trust is my anchor.

It leads in everything I do.

I’m always fascinated with how divine messages are delivered.

The other day as I was weeding my gardens … and ENJOYING it (a sentence I never thought I would say), I had this awareness come through.

And what came through was this …

This realization that I had been noticing these weeds for so long, and because I didn’t do anything about it, it was all I could see.

I stopped seeing the full beauty, and the magic around the weeds, and the weeds just became the focal point, as if they were meant to be there.

This caused me to zoom out and take a look at where else I do this in my life.

Where I tend to either focus all my energy on the weeds, or where I’m too busy to even notice the weeds.

Where the weeds simply feel like a normal part of my existence.

At this point this download dropped it.

So often it’s the weeds that get our attention.

The weeds become the focus.

The weeds are the things we talk about.

And when this happens … when what we are constantly looking at is the weeds, it prevents us from seeing our power, our beauty, our magic.

It prevents us from remembering who the f*ck we are.

There I was bent over,
with my hands in the dirt,
feeling an enormous amount of satisfaction as I pulled these weeds out.

Having this overwhelming remembrance of who the f*ck I am and what I am here to do.

All it took was pulling some weeds out to see it. To feel it. To know it.

This is what the Femme lifestyle is about. Coming back to who the f*ck you are!! Again and again and again.
