We only ever see the surface of other people's lives, never their struggles. Focus on your own journey and trust your timeline. What's one small win you're celebrating today? Mind you I only bought salads and fruits and the total cost was more than $150. And that got me thinking! What can I do to get extra income!

BEFORE YOU START ANY BUSINESS ITS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT AND KNOW THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT AND HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN RUNNING AND HOW LEGITIMATE IT IS.

It’s been 7 days since my brother passed away from a sudden asthma attack. His death was so unexpected, and it has reminded me just how short and precious life is.
Today, my fitness journey means more to me than just looking or feeling good. I’m choosing to stay strong, healthy, and fit because I now have a responsibility to help care for the children he left behind. They need me, and I want to be there for them—not just today, but for many years to come.
Every workout is now a reminder that I have a reason bigger than myself. I’m taking care of my body so I can have the strength, energy, and health to show up for them.
This is for my brother. ❤️
This is for his children.
This is for the life and responsibility ahead of me.
Rest peacefully, my brother. Your sudden departure changed so much, but I will carry your love with me and do my best to be there for the precious children you left behind. 🕊️❤️
