May 25, 2021 – Visitors and residents alike now have an opportunity to explore Thunder Bay’s fascinating heritage sites, stunning architecture, vibrant public art installations, delicious local food offerings and more through a new mobile app.

Launching today, the Thunder Bay Tour app is a collaborative project spanning multiple City of Thunder Bay departments including, but not limited to: Tourism Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay’s Heritage Advisory Committee, Office of the City Clerk, Culture Thunder Bay, and the 50th Anniversary Committee. The app software itself was developed by local multi-media company Shout Media.

We asked her why she wanted to start her summer business and this is what she said.

"It’s always been my goal to make a career out of art, as it has always been a love and a hobby of mine. Now, as a young potter and aspiring artist, I would like to continue doing what I love while providing people with the functional fine art that they need in their everyday lives."
