What would you fix before selling?
Your policy binder is a photograph of the practice.
But the practice keeps moving.
One anonymous clinic owner answered our survey: “I would want to make my policies air tight.”
Another owner told us their policies may no longer match how the clinic runs today.
Other owners named staffing, rent, location, health, and legacy. Different answers. Same question.
