As part of our organizational commitment to social justice, 10% of the revenue from all projects are donated to non-profit organizations working toward equitable strategies to end homelessness & the overdose crisis in Northern Ontario. SJE Consulting Services supports community led solutions for systems change and increased equity, justice and self determination for people impacted by homelessness. We are committed to supporting emerging leaders and under-resourced groups, so each year we commit to allocate 5% of our billable hours in that year to providing pro bono support and coaching to emerging leaders and under-resourced groups.
