Today felt like a win 🤍

Lots of dogs, lots of people, lots of moments that could’ve gone sideways…and he stayed with me.

Still learning, still growing, but this kind of calm doesn’t just happen.I’m really proud of him.

I put this note in my daughter’s lunch today.

Lately, her body’s been telling us when something is too much.

So we’re learning something early:

You don’t have to keep trying
to be heard by people who aren’t listening.

Today she walked away.

Then we came home, ate, laughed, and moved on.
