I spent an entire year writing down the lessons my life whispered to me.
That journey became a book called ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ: ๐ช๐ถ๐๐ฑ๐ผ๐บ ๐ ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐ ๐ฒ, now available on Amazon.
Each week, I'll be sharing one lesson from its pages.
This week's lesson is ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฅ.
I noticed that when I am angry or pi**ed off, I am making something wrong or I am that something shouldnโt be.
Continuing to be right about it, doesnโt change it. Actually, it just gets me angrier and more frustrated. Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Regardless of being right or wrong indulging in your upset, just keeps that fire burning.
However, if I ask myself, โHow can I work things out?โ, a whole new opening comes up, the anger begins to dissipate. All that is left is opportunity and creativity
Imagine taking that stance when someone is mad at me!

PS. Today I was in a heated discussion with somone and we were both trying to get our point accross - being right. Eventually, I took a deep breath and graciously excused myself. A few hours later, after both of us were calm, I approached them differently and most importantly acknowledged my love and respect for them. We agreed to disagree, and all was restored!
