A little update from us ❤️

We are making progress, slowly but surely.

Power has now been restored to our cutting room, and remediation is underway so we can regain full access to our cutting room and loading dock. We’ve been told approximately three weeks, and we are certainly hoping that timeline holds!

In the meantime, we’ve brought Olliver Grey home… quite literally. 😂

Our dining room is now shipping, our living room is accounting and Custom, and our garage has become our temporary warehouse filled with fabrics, rolling racks, Fall knits, Calvaresi and anything else we can squeeze in.

John, myself and our entire team are doing everything we can to keep orders moving and business as normal as possible under some very unusual circumstances.

In the middle of all the chaos, we thought everyone could use a little Ollie. 🤍🐾

Our favourite Olliver Grey team member is taking his usual position on the sofa, supervising everything and reminding us that sometimes you just need to sit down for a minute. 😂

We’re taking things one day at a time, making progress and working hard behind the scenes.

And Ollie? He’s just making sure morale stays high. 🐶🤍

PHASE ONE: CLEANUP HAS BEGUN

We wanted to share some positive progress with everyone.

Phase One of the cleanup and remediation of our factory is now underway. A commercial generator has been brought in to provide power to the building, all of the debris has been removed, the remaining water has been collected, and large commercial fans and dehumidifiers are running throughout the factory to remove as much moisture as possible.

We are also very thankful to say that our cutting room was the least affected area of the factory and sustained minimal damage. As we were finally able to see, most of our fabrics were spared, which was a huge relief for us.

Our priority now is to get the cutting room side of the building operational as quickly as possible. If we can safely restore power to that area, it will give us a home base where we can begin cutting, shipping and handling some of our day-to-day operations while the remainder of the factory is being rebuilt.

Phase Two will be completed in stages. Our plan is to focus on restoring the sewing area next, followed by the office area, which will be the final stage.

There is still a long road ahead of us, but our goal is very clear: to get operational again as quickly and safely as possible.

Every bit of progress right now feels meaningful. We are determined to keep moving forward, one area and one stage at a time 🙏

We wanted to share a few photos of the damage to our factory following the severe storm that hit us this week.

As you can see, the damage is significant. We are still without power and are unable to fully access the building while it continues to be assessed for safety.

In the meantime, we have been working tirelessly from home to work through the many challenges this has created and to find solutions that will allow us to continue accommodating and servicing our retailers as normally as possible.

We are actively working on securing a temporary location where we can receive and house our incoming inventory, process orders and keep things moving with as little disruption as possible.

Our priority is to get our operations back up and running quickly while continuing to support all of you through this unexpected situation.

We are incredibly grateful for the messages, patience, understanding and support we have received from our retailers, friends and community. It truly means more to us than we can express.

We will continue to keep you updated as we move forward and work toward getting back to normal.

A MESSAGE TO OUR OLLIVER GREY COMMUNITY 🤍

Due to the devastating severe weather that struck our area yesterday, our factory has sustained significant damage and Olliver Grey is temporarily closed until further notice.

The storm caused extensive damage to our building, including major damage to the roof and flooding throughout the factory. At this time, for safety reasons, we are unable to access the building.

We are already working to secure a temporary location so that we can get back to work and resume operations as soon as possible.

We understand that this interruption affects our retailers partners, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delays this may cause. We ask for your patience, understanding and support as we navigate the days ahead.

Most importantly, we are incredibly grateful that our team is safe. Buildings and belongings can be repaired and replaced. People cannot.

We will continue to share updates as we know more and as we establish our temporary location.

Thank you to everyone who has already reached out with messages of concern and support. It means more to us than you know. 🤍

Olliver Grey Fall shipments have begun hitting retail floors, bringing new Italian-made sport coats and elevated menswear into stores for the season.

Retailers: many Fall styles are also available to order now through our B2B online portal. Check current availability, place your order, and restock while inventory lasts.

We’re Back! 🍂

Fall is starting to trickle in, deliveries have begun, and we’re now shipping fall orders as product arrives.

We know that an early shipment isn’t ideal for everyone. You may still be working through summer inventory or simply not have room for fall product just yet. If that’s the case, just let us know.

• Take advantage of a longer selling window
