Over the weekend, a friend asked me what the purpose of life is.

I said: the purpose of life is to live this life to the fullest extent.

That’s too simplistic to really answer my question! Was her response. A bit annoyed.

But dahling, life IS simple, but we think it’s much more than what really is. We like to complicate things. So we reject simplicity under the illusion that there’s a lot more to it.

Just like this flower. There are so many words and adjectives we can use to describe this flower. But it’s just a living flower. But of course we have to make a story of it, an art perhaps, and so we begin the circus…

It is a SKILL, acquired from awareness that one can see life for what it is.

Peace of mind.
