My Coaching focuses on building those skills that will allow you to succeed and prosper in times of high change, developing and defining a powerful mission, defining your goals, changing mindsets and ineffective habits, visualizing (in detail) the process and strategy in getting there (through 30 years of experience in senior global business and Fund Management (a "Dragon"), defining the strategy and plans and working closely with you to achieve your Goals, and your Mission, for both yourself and your business (and, for today's modern executive, CEO or entrepreneur, personal effectiveness (for both you and your top managers) and business success are intimately related. Giving you the skills, effectiveness, organization, communication skills, networking, visualization, understanding and discipline to achieve your goals and ultimately your Legacy. There is a definite benefit in working with someone who has done the things you are trying to achieve and operated at the (senior) level(s) you are striving for. There're lots of Coaches out there, both personal and business coaches, but the key to achieving real, serious business (and executive) goals is working with someone who has been there already and can help you visualize (and execute ) your strategy effectively, and help to hold you accountable for achieving your goals. Owning a business as an entrepreneur, or running a business as a CEO can be lonely and isolating and occasionally overwhelming. That's what I'm here for: to help provide a trusted and effective colleague and sounding board in evaluating and developing strategy as well as executing on targets and results, and strengthening your skills, particularly one who has performed it many, many times on a Global basis, with large and small, private and publicly traded companies, enterprises and BRANDS in Global Entrepreneurial, senior executive and Investment Banking roles. Ultimately Coaching is about Results, not effort and time and processes. Business, and life, are about successfully achieving goals, and developing and changing and improving whatever is necessary in mindset, effectiveness and processes necessary to accomplish that, particularly in rapidly changing times. I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, artists and other creative people, athletes, and senior executives to improve their skills and strengths and strategies to become more effective and achieve balance and Resilience and ultimately attain their goals, plans and Dreams. And I work with entrepreneurs and business owners to evaluate (and re-evaluate) their businesses, their strategies (both short- and long-term), and their operations (such as management structures, communications, marketing and branding) define and expand their Global BRAND, develop new strategy for improved profitability, change and growth, and to work closely to assure achievement of goals and targets from the perspective of an experienced Entrepreneur, Senior Business Executive, senior Investment Banker and global Fund Manager. Particularly in changing times, it is easy for Entrepreneurs, as a result of the huge complexities of the nuts and bolts and day to day operations of running a business, to fall into the role of Manager when, in fact, the role of the Entrepreneur or owner, is that of an INVESTOR (if your business isn't not only turning s profit, but ultimately making a return on your investment, it may have been a faulty idea from the start, or, at the very least, radical changes may have to be made). Sometimes it helps to have an outside eye (particularly someone with a long finance and Investment background) to help you look at your business from a different perspective.
