You always have enough time if you will but will use it wisely. Your dilemma goes deeper than having a shortage of time, it's basically a problem of priorities.
Most people leave undone those things that should be done. while they do things that they shouldn't be doing.

Are you familiar with the quote, "Knowledge is power" We all know people who have everything going for them, including the best education from the best schools? Yet, they don't seem to really live up to their potential.

Knowledge is like power. It has the potential to do something.
A light bulb won't produce light, a motor won't turn, computers won't function until they are turned on.
They all have the potential to do something great, and so do we once the potential is turned on. Get excited about your potential and get turned on by it. Put what knowledge you have to use to your full potential and will achieve great things.

Carve out a niche for yourself in your imagined future. Think, feel and see yourself as successful. To achieve any goal in life, you need to project your end result.
Think of the elation, the satisfaction, the joy you'll feel when you reach your goal. Carry these ecstatic feelings with you every day and they'll bring your desired goals into view.
Sooner or later, you can win, if you think you can. The cards you are dealt in life are less important than the way you play them. Every day you're offered a new deal and new cards.
Success is out there for you. Don't wait for it to come to you go out and find it.
