We tend to push off that walk that we’ve been meaning to go on just to ‘finish this one email’ or ‘respond to that person’ but we gotta make it a priority.

I find it helpful to project in the sense that if I had a dog I’d be walking it regardless of the weather, my to do list, etc so don’t we ought to do the same for ourselves!
