Royal Mimico Developments Limited has submitted a ZBA application to the City of Toronto for the redevelopment of 266 Royal York Road, to develop a mixed use development of two new structures, a 37-storey condo with retail at ground level, and an 8-storey self-storage facility with office space.

Rent Freeze Lifted for 2022
