But there’s a cost when we ignore the signals our mind is sending us.

If your mind tells you to take a break, you need to take a break — before burnout makes the decision for you.

Mental fatigue doesn’t always show up as exhaustion. Sometimes it looks like shorter patience, lack of focus, decision fatigue, poor sleep, feeling disconnected, or losing the energy that once drove you.

Many executives wear constant pressure like a badge of honor. But sustainable leadership isn’t built on running on empty.
