A 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 role leading all dining and beverage experiences across a luxury resort’s pool and beach venues.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive daily operations across restaurant, bar, pool, and beach venues, present, active, and leading from the front
Deliver high-touch service experiences that elevate guest satisfaction and drive spend
Monitor guest feedback in real time and resolve service concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
Manage inventory and labor costs in support of departmental goals, without losing sight of the guest experience

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
