NOW HIRING | EXECUTIVE CHEF | CARIBBEAN (PRIVATE ISLAND)
Executive Chef role on a private island in the Caribbean, with UHNW exposure.
Looking for a chef who is confident working across multiple cuisines; Asian, Italian, Caribbean, plant-based etc. and able to adapt quickly to guest preferences. Strong leadership across multicultural teams is essential, along with the ability to operate in a high-expectation, guest-facing environment.
Caribbean experience preferred, not essential. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of nationalities and team dynamics.
