This deck is temporary. The City took over 4 months to approve the permit, so we are putting in a temporary deck until the spring. We will continue with the original plan then.

New brick pillars are up. Starting to take shape…

The deck is no more! And we had to dig down 4.5’ to verify the footings, ensuring property load bearing capacity for the new structure.
