We help our clients unlock and understand the truth about their financial situation in a comfortable, confidential environment. Consulting: Most small business owners have no shortage of ideas but are lacking the time or the expertise to explore them. At Spark we can help. We manage discrete projects and deliver on time and on budget. Examples of our consulting work include writing business plans, researching suppliers, e-book strategy and publishing, building financial models and even writing the pitch and preparing a client for Dragons’ Den. If you have a great idea but no in-house resources to get it done, we’d love to help you with it. What We Don’t Do

Our tip: spend the time to articulate your definition of success and WRITE IT DOWN somewhere you can see it often.

Schedule formal performance reviews at least annually and have quarterly check-ins with your team so that nothing in the annual review is a surprise. Your team will appreciate the opportunity to grow and your business will be better for it.
