If you’re already the person your team turns to when the Lead Hand is away — this could be your opportunity to officially step up.

We’re looking for experienced food manufacturing professionals who know how to keep a production line moving, support their team, troubleshoot issues and maintain strong food safety, quality and production standards.

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years in food production/manufacturing
• Lead Hand, Team Lead or frontline leadership experience preferred
• Strong Machine Operators with backup Lead Hand/Team Lead experience are encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of GMPs and food safety
• Comfortable leading a production line of approximately 10–20 employees
