The past few months have been busy at BrookeBuilt, and this custom home has been a big part of that progress.
What began as a rendering is now well into framing and structural work. Steel has been installed, framing is advancing, and the framework of the home is clearly taking shape.
At this stage, precision is critical. Room dimensions, ceiling heights, structural connections, and mechanical paths are being executed according to plan. This is where the integrity of the finished home is established, long before the final details are in place.

This bathroom was designed to feel calm, open, and functional.
The freestanding tub is positioned to take advantage of natural light, creating a sense of openness and calm. Stone surfaces bring texture and durability, while custom cabinetry adds structure and keeps the space visually clean. Integrated lighting was carefully planned to soften the room and create balance from morning through evening.

As the son of a developer, Casey Brooke grew up in the construction industry and saw firsthand how important the relationship is between a builder and a homeowner. He put this philosophy into practice for over ten years at Sherwood Custom Homes, the last four of which he served as company President. During this time Casey was instrumental in the conception and construction of some of the most elegant luxury homes in Toronto. Casey's passion for providing homeowners with a completely rewarding experience is as exceptional as the homes he builds.
