⚠️ ATV TRAIL MAINTENANCE NOTICE ⚠️
Starting this week, Grant Inc., LCA Rentals, and Exterminex will be volunteering their time and resources to carry out maintenance on the INR trail system, including grading, compacting, and pest control.
This work is being donated to the ATV Club. Under the leadership of President Coco Legacy, the club has coordinated with DNR to ensure the work has been properly approved and permitted.
We’re proud to donate our time, equipment, and fuel to help improve the trail system and make it better for everyone to enjoy.
Please use caution while riding. Due to potholes and standing water, some sections of the trail may remain soft after being graded and compacted. Please drive carefully and give these areas time to dry and properly set.
We could also use some volunteers! Anyone able to go ahead of the equipment and remove low or overhanging trees and branches would be greatly appreciated. This will help our operators move along the trail more efficiently.
Our equipment will begin working its way up the rail bed from Beton’s plant in Tide Head toward Menneval. We will continue working as long as our equipment is available before it is needed back on contracted jobs. Because of this, we can’t guarantee how far we’ll make it this year, but every section we can improve is a step forward.
We look forward to continuing to work alongside the ATV Club and President Coco Legacy to improve and maintain our local trail system for everyone to enjoy.
