October 2026 marks the beginning of our 25th year in business. Even though 25 years is a long time, we continue to evolve and innovate for our clients.

As part of that evolution, we decided it was time to put ourselves through the same brand charette process we use with our clients. This process involves a deep dive into who we are, what we do and how we wish to be seen.

🎨 Our graphic designer asked our team a series of questions, ranging from describing Focus Communications Services Inc. in one word to defining our brand and even sharing our favourite colours.
