Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders and packers as part of a crew that values safe work, solid equipment care and getting the job done right.

💰 $35–$45/hour, negotiable based on experience

If your driveway has seen better days, it's worth having someone look at what's underneath before you call a paving company.

Drainage issues, soft spots, and poor grading are what shorten a driveway's lifespan and not just the surface itself. If those don't get addressed first, the new pavement won't hold up any longer than what it's replacing.

We handle the site prep: clearing, leveling, and getting the ground properly graded so whatever goes on top actually lasts.
