StartSocial is a new business venture started by aspiring marketing students; Shubham Ranjan & Daanyaal Bandukwala. The two partners saw the lack of social media activity by smaller businesses and decided that it was time for a change. StartSocial will provide a service that will create, post, and manage various social media accounts on behalf of business owners. At the moment StartSocial is using the top three used mediums of social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to cater to clients needs. In the future StartSocial plans to expand its marketing services; with other forms of social media, design and consulting. Who: Daanyaal Bandukwala and Shubham Ranjan are both young aspiring students who are pursing their BCOMM/BBA, majoring in marketing. What/How: StartSocial will create, manage and analyze social media accounts for each of their clients. At the moment StartSocial is using the top three used mediums of social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to cater to client needs. StartSocial sees that various businesses have unique needs and creating personal marketing/social media campaigns is a key component to providing the best results. With their academic backgrounds combined with their ambitious outlook, confidence and drive they formed a partnership to take small businesses to the next level through the use of social media.
