This is what can happen when rats pe*****te your home. We received a call from a client who had a water break in one of the pipes in a downstairs basement of there home. Extensive damage to basement area. Cause was a rat chewed through one of the ABS pipes. Upon inspection 9 entry points were found around the exterior perimeter where the rats over time chewed through up under the vinyl siding of the house to enter inside.
