Exploration in the shadow of giants.
When looking at a historic producer like Silver King, which yielded nearly 6 Moz of high-grade silver, it is easy to assume the old-timers cleaned it out. But the historical maps and modern data tell a completely different story.
The mineralized, pipe-like system at Silver King has a total strike extent of approximately 500 meters. Out of that entire footprint, the 19th-century miners only worked a narrow 150-meter slice. They followed the bonanza silver straight down, hit water management limits at depth in 1889, and stopped.
The remaining 350 meters of that strike has never been systematically explored or drilled with modern techniques.
Positioned just 3 km from Rio Tinto and BHP's giant Resolution Copper deposit, we are sitting on a highly target-rich environment that has been locked up in private ranching hands for decades. As we process downhole geophysics and mapping to finalize our Phase 2 deep copper targets, we are also preparing to test this massive, unmined shallow footprint.
The old-timers only scratched the surface.
