We have laid out a clear four-step Plan of Attack for Silver King:

1. Surface Assays: Assays from an additional 23 surface samples are expected shortly to further evaluate the zoning and potential of the Silver King system.
2. Green Rock Study: 27 green rock samples were collected and are currently being evaluated by Dr. Jamie Wilkinson in conjunction with the Natural History Museum in London.
3. Deep Geophysics: Completing a deeper-penetrating geophysical survey to better define sulfide distribution at depth.
4. Deep Drill Testing: Designing a deep drill program to test the postulated porphyry target directly upon completion of the work described above.

This four-step roadmap takes us all the way from surface geochemistry straight into deep porphyry drilling!

We have officially completed our 2026 surface program at Silver King, integrating all of our exploration data into a single geological model.

Our new model combines:
• District-scale alteration mapping across our entire claim block.
• 90 surface rock-chip samples confirming metal zoning.
• Induced polarization (IP) geophysics showing sulfide response increasing at depth.
• Phase 1 drill results, including hole SK-26-07 which intersected potassic alteration and a 70-fold copper increase downhole.

Synthesizing these datasets into a single geological model gives our technical team a high-confidence target vector for Phase 2 deep porphyry testing near Resolution Copper.

Exploration in the shadow of giants.

When looking at a historic producer like Silver King, which yielded nearly 6 Moz of high-grade silver, it is easy to assume the old-timers cleaned it out. But the historical maps and modern data tell a completely different story.

The mineralized, pipe-like system at Silver King has a total strike extent of approximately 500 meters. Out of that entire footprint, the 19th-century miners only worked a narrow 150-meter slice. They followed the bonanza silver straight down, hit water management limits at depth in 1889, and stopped.

The remaining 350 meters of that strike has never been systematically explored or drilled with modern techniques.

Positioned just 3 km from Rio Tinto and BHP's giant Resolution Copper deposit, we are sitting on a highly target-rich environment that has been locked up in private ranching hands for decades. As we process downhole geophysics and mapping to finalize our Phase 2 deep copper targets, we are also preparing to test this massive, unmined shallow footprint.

The old-timers only scratched the surface.

Hole SK-26-07 changed the game at Silver King! ⛏️

Inside the previously unrecognized quartz monzonite intrusion, known as the Bilk intrusion, copper surged 70x on average downhole. This mirrors the nearby Magma Mine, where shallow silver gave way to over 24.5Mt of high-grade copper ore. We are following the science to the heat source!

Field mapping at Silver King outlines a massive 2.0 km x 1.5 km pyrite halo!

This is strongly supported by our IP geophysics, which shows an increasing chargeability response at depth, providing strong geophysical evidence for a potential expanding sulfide system below. ⛏️

New surface assay results from our reconnaissance program at Silver King confirm high-grade copper and silver values, returning up to 1.73% Cu and 1,362 g/t Ag. More importantly, ongoing alteration mapping and rock-chip geochemistry have updated our geological model, pointing directly toward a concealed porphyry copper system beneath or adjacent to the historic Silver King mine.
